Organizational Effectiveness & Change Strategist The Opportunity: The Organizational Effectiveness and Change Strategist partners with clients to navigate complex organizational challenges and strengthen overall workforce performance. You will clarify strategic priorities, assesses organizational effectiveness, and design integrated solutions that align people, processes, structure, technology, and culture. You’ll conduct stakeholder assessments, analyze organizational roles and responsibilities, and evaluate change readiness to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement. Grounded in proven change management and organizational effectiveness met hodologies, you will apply both qualitative and quantitative analysis to diagnose issues, evaluate stakeholder impacts, and produce actionable recommendations. Working with limited supervision, you’ll support enterprise transformation efforts, lead change execution activities, and occasionally mentor junior team members.
