About the Role: This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’ll support KidsZone and KidsClub programs while helping create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for children from infancy through school age. As a Coordinator, you’ll assist with program operations, staff support, and participant experience while spending the majority of your time working directly with children and families. You’ll balance direct service, team support, and day-to-day operations, playing a key role in keeping programs running smoothly and successfully at the YMCA.
