We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Service Team in the Czech Republic. Your Mission: - You install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot our complex industrial 3D printers at our customer sites. - You are a competent and reliable partner for our customers when you provide system introduction and customer basic trainings. - Your area of responsibility doesn't stop with personal contact: You also advise customers and colleagues on the telephone to pass on your knowledge. - Our development in the role will include participate in intensive in-house trainings on our systems and technology at our headquarters in Germany. - Consulting and support of clients when it comes to service cases and handling complicated cases through the escalation management process; involving the right interfaces at the right time and make sure excellent service work is done.
