Job description

This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus Position Summary: Under general administrative direction, coordinates with the surgery team to provide surgical equipment room set-up according to physician preferences for all surgical procedures performed in the Operating Room. Assists with all surgery related equipment, coordinating logistics, maintaining cleanliness, organization and asset inventory. Participates in education and training of surgical equipment functioning with the surgery team. Functions as an advocate to improve efficiency for the surgeon and the surgery team, measurable by physician satisfaction and increased surgical capacity and caseload. Supports and helps achieve departmental goals. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
