Expert Hardware Test Engineer (m/f/d)

Job description

- Define, introduce, maintain, and continuously improve test strategies, methods and concepts for system level tests and ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and test results - Plan, provide, commission, and maintain test systems and laboratory infrastructure & capacity - Plan, coordinate, and execute hardware and system level tests including software together with internal customers - Evaluate, document, and release test results and initiate root cause analyses where required - Provide transparent communication on test status, risks, and deviations - Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and applicable norms - Support capacity planning and optimization of test environments and laboratory utilization - Act as a technical interface between test lab, development, systems engineering, and project stakeholders Qualifications: - Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable - Several years hands-on experience in hardware testing, validation, or system level verification - Advanced knowledge of test methodologies, measurement and test equipment, and development - Good team, comm...
