YOUR PROJECT: We are looking for an experienced senior delivery and engineering manager to lead a large custom application delivery organization in Poland, operating as part of an international delivery setup. The role focuses on managing teams responsible for the delivery, modernization, and operation of business‑critical software systems for enterprise clients. This position combines people leadership, delivery accountability, and organizational development, without expectations of hands‑on technical work.
