Your key responsibilities: - Lead global digital media projects, ensuring best practices and innovation across all markets. - Independently build briefs media campaigns, incorporating input from local markets. - Leverage deep knowledge of the European media landscape to recommend optimal strategies. - Participate in media planning and buying processes to create effective integrated online/offline plans. - Collect, analyze, and synthesize market data, drawing actionable insights applicable across markets. - Identify target audiences and understand their behavior by analyzing brand trackers and shopper data. - Determine the best digital media mix to achieve campaign objectives. - Cooperate with media agencies to ensure the development and implementation of effective digital media plans. - Evaluate media plans and post-buy reports to drive media efficiency and ROI. - Allocate digital budgets and monitor campaign costs and progress to meet KPIs. - Work directly with key media suppliers (META, Google, BLIX, etc.). - Monitor market changes, trends, and competitors’ communication and promotions. - Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams.
