Classification Title: MGR, Career Services Classification Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in an appropriate field and two years of experience or a bachelor's degree and four years of related experience. Job Description: - Manages the day-to-day operations of a function on the team by implementing and growing the “Building Professional Networks” initiative to support student success outcomes. Manages the day-to-day functionality, adoption strategy, and user experience of Gator Network in partnership with the UF Alumni Association and Student Government to ensure meaningful engagement among students, alumni, and campus partners. Oversees building university community network members to support professional conversations for success by including recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of faculty, staff, alumni, mentoring, peer mentoring programs, and employer contributors who provide blogs, relevant events/programs, and resources and other group based professional development work to support the ecosystem.
