The M&A Integration and Carve-out team help clients identify the potential of a proposed transaction and ensure that they realize the full value of the transaction through structured transformation of business operations. Our projects are often international, and you will have the opportunity to work in teams with experienced consultants and industry experts, giving you exposure to client management teams. Our clients come from a variety of industries, being both large industrial companies and Private Equity firms.
