London, United Kingdom; Cambridge, US | full time | Job ID: 9967 We are seeking a visionary and hands-on leader to serve as (Associate) Director – Global Data, Analytics and AI Platforms. In this role, you will own the architecture, evolution, operations and governance of our global commercial platforms for data, analytics and AI. You will design and implement a secure, scalable, and cloud-native ecosystem enabling global product launches across multiple countries. This position can be filled in London, UK (preferred) or East Coast, US. Your main responsibilities will include the following: Platform Strategy & Architecture - Define and execute the global strategy and roadmap for Data, Analytics and AI platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance across regions - Oversee architecture of the data stack (Databricks, AWS, dbt Cloud, Fivetran, Tableau) and govern infrastructure for CI/CD, GitHub, and cloud environments Data Management & Governance: - Manage end-to-end data lifecycle (Ingestion, Integration, Quality Control, Governance) and establish frameworks for governance, data quality, metadata, and lineage - Lead global data engineering initiatives, including ELT/ETL p...
