Job Summary: DRYmedic® Restoration Services is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Reconstruction Manager to join their team. As a leading provider of disaster restoration services with over 20 years of expertise, DRYmedic is dedicated to efficiently restoring properties to their pre-loss condition. Role responsibilities: ◦ Interviews and qualifies candidates for proper roles; negotiates base compensation package with new hires. ◦ Continuously develops and maintains relationships with existing set of subcontractors and manages subcontractor list. ◦ Works with Materials Coordinator to establish and grow relationships with all outside suppliers. Including but not limited to: - Works with Coordinator to assign new leads to Production Team and Estimators - Supervisor of all Reconstruction employees, Reconstruction Projects and all Reconstruction production - Communicates with Recruiting team to recruit new, existing, and replacement roles. - Supervise all Production to make sure the files are on track, On budget, and to be completed timely and correctly. - Works with all team members to ensure accountability of accounting functions, including Supplementals, Change Orders, and i...
