Responsibilities: - Network and learn about multiple functions (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I and Sales, etc) - Participate in formal and informal training opportunities. Partnering with team members in your department - Follow up and solicit feedback from employees on a regular basis with a "customer service" orientation and ability to escalate issues when appropriate - Participate in the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns - Checking in and organizing current and future season samples. This also includes end of season clean up - Able to prioritize and manage tasks required by supervisors and assigned to you. - Possess a strong work ethic and multi-task personality - Demonstrated interest in fashion, highly organized, self-directed, and curious. - Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
