The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is an experienced, authentic, and progressive physician leader with a demonstrated leadership capacity to serve our ministries in Sonoma: Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, Petaluma Valley Hospital and Healdsburg Hospital. This position affords a collaborative and dynamic physician executive the opportunity to join a mission-driven healthcare enterprise characterized by a shared sense of purpose, high functioning leadership and a keen focus on the delivery of high quality, safe, cost-effective care through accountability and collaboration.
