Job Description Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. (IBT) is a group of caring individuals whose goal is to provide children and their families with the behavioral therapy services they need to succeed. We are a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization that serves children across the state of Kansas with a focus on rural and low-income areas. The Intensive Acute Behavioral Technician (IABT) provides direct, hands-on support to individuals experiencing severe behavioral and mental health challenges, including aggression, self-injurious behavior, trauma-related responses, and co-occurring (dual) diagnoses. This role is critical in maintaining safety, implementing individualized behavior support plans, and supporting stabilization across home, school, clinic, and community settings. The IABT works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or licensed clinician and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and, when necessary, external systems such as crisis response teams and law enforcement.
