Client Service Representative – Veterinary Receptionist Seneca Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team of dedicated veterinary professionals at our full-service hospital in Louisville, KY . CSRs are valuable members of our veterinary team, and we treat them as such. As a CSR, you will be the client’s first and last impression of Seneca Animal Hospital. It’s important that all clients feel welcome, safe, and comfortable, which is why it takes a special person who can engage with both humans and animals alike with compassion, patience and understanding. The primary responsibility of a CSR is to be efficient in front desk operations while effectively bridging communication between pet owners and our veterinary team. Seneca Animal Hospital has been established in the Louisville area for over 35 years, providing high-quality medicine and exceptional patient and client care in the community.
