Position Title: Associate Director of Orientation & Transition Experiences. Department: Orientation & Transition Experiences. Classification: Exempt. FTE: 1.0. Work Schedule: The standard 40-hour work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; flexible work arrangements can be proposed and are subject to approval by HR and relevant supervisors; occasional evening or weekend work as need required; travel up to 5% of the work schedule, which includes local (Twin Cities metro area). Work Location: On Campus. Salary Range: $56,000 - $63,000. Essential Job Duties: - Oversee the cultivation of New Student Orientation programming for new first-year students. - Develop, implement, and assess the annual fall New Student Orientation for incoming first-year students in concert with the Director of Student Activities. - Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate two student New Student Orientation Coordinators (NSOCs) through regular meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities. - Curate targeted communications, summer opportunities, and developmentally-considerate resources for new students and their support circles to provide a smooth transition to the College. - Co-coordina...
