Inside Sales Account Manager: Global Knowledge is expanding its high velocity sales impact across SMB and dormant enterprise segments and is seeking a driven, customer-focused SMB & Nurture Account Executive to accelerate growth. This digital-led, high-volume sales role is responsible for managing a broad portfolio of small existing customers, inactive enterprise accounts, and low-complexity net-new opportunities. You will drive reactivation, retention, and pipeline creation while serving as the primary interface for ILT (Instructor-Led Training) solutions. This role requires strong organisation, responsiveness, and a disciplined outreach cadence to maximize engagement and revenue across your account base.
