As a Technical Support Specialist, we’ll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise, and experience to: coaching, mentoring, FAQ creation, leading by example in this way - we value customers, - we work together for success, - we are accountable for our actions, - we innovate for the future, and - Can provide Tier 2-3 Application support over the range of Bp products via a multitude of tools including remote assistance - Can play a pivotal role in ‘Critical Incident Management’ - Be able to escalate and engage in ‘Complaint Resolution Management’ - Can contribute to the development and enhancement of the Tier 1 support team via - Be able to work with ‘Key Stakeholders’ to drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and improve performance - Liaise with internal & external support groups - Id...
