Job description

The Network Infrastructure Knowledge Services team defines and builds the customer documentation and the learning portfolio supporting our customers, partners, and employees. This team is responsible for Nokia’s flagship IP/MPLS certification program, the Service Routing Certification Program, as well as numerous other learning programs, including the Optical Network Certification Program and NSP certification learning portfolios. - Coordinate all types of learning events end-to-end, covering both customer and employee training initiatives. - Leverage the Nokia Learning and Development Hub, Visual Planning, and other internal tools to execute training-related activities. - Assist in the coordination of certification programs and worldwide training rollouts. - Manage training calendars and waitlists, and support go/no-go decision-making for open sessions. - Coordinate and support lab connectivity testing to ensure technical session readiness. - Act as the main point of contact for all training event–related requests from clients and internal functions (e.g. Delivery Managers). - Ensure full event preparedness, including both pre-training setup and post-training follow-up activities....
