What We're Looking For: Michael Baker International is seeking a Salesforce CRM System Analyst to support the design, configuration, and delivery of our Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement and optimize CRM processes across Accounts & Contacts, Lead Management, Opportunity lifecycle, Proposal Management, and Reporting & Analytics. The ideal candidate combines functional knowledge of Sales Cloud with technical skills in configuration, data management, reporting, analytics, automation, integrations, and system maintenance & support. **Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder-Permanent Resident What You'll Do: CRM Configuration & Support - Configure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud features including accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and forecasting. - Assist in implementing proposal management workflows, approval processes, and automation using Salesforce tools. - Support user administration, security settings, and sharing rules.
