Triumph Integrated Systems - Electronics and Controls, located in Forest, Ohio, is a leading independent aerospace supplier of mission critical thermal and fluid management products for commercial and military platforms. The company provides solutions utilized on aircraft, engine, advance weapons pods, cruise missiles, avionics & electronic systems. Responsibilities: - All applicable leak test processes. - Maintain all required data and records in a complete and timely manner. - Utilize all hand tools. - Rework and repair parts per Aerospace standards. - Consistently comply with all safety policies and work procedures. - Monitor fixtures that need repaired and inform supervision. - Maintains cleanliness of work place and equipment, free of FOD. - Ability to identify internal leaks. - Ability to identify internal leaks. - Understand fill process for machining. - Follow work procedure for time limit unit should be under pressure. - Work with engineering to improve processes as needed. - Use oven as efficient as possible to keep product flowing. - Be diligent to completely dry units before moving to next process. - Do not use vaseline on fixtures. - May be exposed to noise, dust, fume...
