We are looking for a VP, Marketing who views the traditional marketing playbook as a legacy system ripe for disruption. You aren’t here to just "manage a team." You are here to build a self-sustaining demand engine from the ground up. You will lead with an AI-first mindset , automating the mundane to focus on the lethal: high-impact tactics that displace incumbents and put ION in the hands of every innovative manufacturer on the planet. The Mission: Build the Engine: Move beyond "brand awareness" to own the pipeline. You are responsible for the immediate acceleration of new logos and qualified pipeline. AI-First Execution: Replace manual, slow-moving processes with automated workflows. From content orchestration to lead scoring and outreach, you will build a lean, high-output machine.
