The Boring Company was founded to solve the problem of soul-destroying traffic by creating an underground network of tunnels. Today, we are creating the technology to increase tunneling speed and decrease costs by a factor of 10 or more with the ultimate goal of making Hyperloop adoption viable and enabling rapid transit across densely populated regions. As a Recruiter for Nashville, you will drive the recruitment of top talent for all roles supporting our Music City Loop project, a 10-mile tunnel connecting Nashville’s airport to downtown, and prepare for hiring in other cities as we expand. This includes engineering, operations, skilled trades (e.g., electricians, welders, mechanics), and administrative positions. You will partner with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for current and future projects.
