BASIC FUNCTION: Carry out day-to-day project assistant function and other contract administrative tasks contributing to the overall auditing function. WORK PERFORMED: - Pre-review daily incoming requests and emailing Project Managers regarding missing items - Follow-up with Project Mangers to obtain missing documents and additional information - Update Universal Payment Tracker as well as Conversations in PeopleSoft as daily requests are received - Assist Loans & Grants Audit Director to manage incoming requests and emails from various departments - Set up commitment requests in PeopleSoft at the request of the Loans & Grants Audit Director - Complete projects, tasks, and other duties as assigned by the Loans & Grants Audit Director in Contract Administration MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education Level required: Associate degree with...
