Description Bacompt, a RevOne Company, is seeking an experienced Agile Technical Business Analyst to support the acceleration of our platform initiatives and enterprise application ecosystem. This role is critical in bridging business needs with technical execution—ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions are delivered efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in an agile environment, understands complex system integrations, and can translate evolving business requirements into actionable development plans while maintaining continuity across critical business operations. Requirements: - Platform Migration & Delivery - Lead and support the migration of current system to a new platform , defining clear, iterative development paths through to production. - Partner with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features aligned with business goals. - Facilitate agile ceremonies (as needed) and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery tracking. - Business & Systems Analysis - Develop a deep understanding of RevOne’s business systems, workflows, and operational dependencies prior to recommending or implementing changes. - Analyze current-state vs. fu...
