Inspire Brands is seeking an Executive Compensation Senior Analyst to play a critical role in designing, analyzing, and administering executive compensation programs for a large, growing multi-brand restaurant company. This role supports the development of competitive, performance-driven, and governance-aligned compensation strategies for senior leadership, ensuring public readiness level scrutiny and regulatory compliance. This position partners closely with HR leadership, Finance, Legal, and senior executives to deliver data-driven insights, compensation modeling, proxy disclosure support, and executive compensation governance best practices. RESPONSIBILITIES: Executive Compensation Strategy & Program Design - Support the design and administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, equity or equity-like awards, and executive benefits - Conduct market benchmarking - Develop competitive pay analyses aligned with company growth strategy and public readiness - Model compensation scenarios, including performance-based outcomes Governance & Best Practices: - Assist in preparing executive compensation frameworks aligne...
