Position Summary The Associate Director, Private Cloud Services provides leadership and operational management for the University’s on-premises infrastructure. This role is responsible for overseeing the specialized teams dedicated to Hardware, Backup, Storage, and VMware virtualization. The Associate Director ensures the high availability, security, and scalability of the private cloud environment that supports mission-critical enterprise applications. As a technical leader, the incumbent manages the lifecycle of physical and virtual assets, develops service-level agreements (SLAs), and aligns private cloud capabilities with the University’s broader hybrid cloud strategy. The Manager is responsible for professional development, resource allocation, and fostering a culture of technical excellence within their direct reports. Qualifications: Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Computer Science or Management.
