A Loadout Lead is responsible for the overall operations of the loadout department and employees. Responsibilities: Directly oversees and monitors production outcomes, quantity, and quality to ensure customer and food safety requirements are within specifications. Collaborate with Milling department to meet customer specifications and timeline. Optimize operational efficiencies to support the facility's production.
