About the role: In this role, you will lead and deliver the strategic and day-to-day performance of Dyson’s Pure Player business in Benelux, across all product categories. You’ll set the vision, build strategy, and ensure hands-on execution with your dedicated team, driving profit and growth. With a strong commercial mindset, you’ll use excellent negotiation and influencing skills to create and nurture strategic partnerships for long-term success. You must bring proven E-Commerce experience with at least one of Amazon, Bol.com, or Coolblue and combine strong analytical skills, ingenuity, and decisiveness to translate insights into action - moving the joint business forward in line with market strategy.
