This person will be responsible for interviewing and entering client’s demographic, and services performed by Florida Department of Health in Miami Dade into HMS. Perform STD/HIV/HEP C and pregnancy screenings in the mobile unit. Conducts counseling, testing and linkage (CTL) services in high incidence areas in the county. Register clients in Health Management System (HMS). Face to face interview with clients. Determines purpose of the visit, answers customers’ questions, provides information and routes clients as per guidelines.
