Role: - Analyze and synthesize the customer specifications - Take in charge the technical support to the sales activities for the Thermal Segment - In charge of the realization of the technical documentation achievement with project team in link with the activity of the technical support (quality procedures, technical drawings…) - Coordinate the activities of the key actors of the project under the sponsoring of the account manager Responsibilities: Evaluate and supervise the installation of our products in client sites, writes visit and analysis reports - Ensure the development of new products in the range - Analyze the customer specifications.
