Engaged in resolving service failures and implementing corrective and preventative measures. Reports to the General Manager. Responsibilities: - Respond to customers concerns via email Daily. - Monitor and review managers’ performance. - Monitor and review staff productivity. - Manage, plan and control all elements of warehouse and ramp activities. - Oversee office management and ensure customers’ expectations are met.
