Floor Manager – Training Focus (In‑Store) Location: Store based: Department: Retail Reports to: Store Management Role Purpose: As a Floor Manager – Training Focus at Levi Strauss & Co. , you play a key leadership role within the store, combining strong operational ownership with a clear responsibility for training, coaching and developing store employees . While this role sits within the Floor Manager / Store Supervisor structure , its primary focus is to ensure that teams are fully equipped through structured training, onboarding and continuous development to deliver an outstanding consumer journey and commercial performance.
