Job description

The Visual Merchandising Manager oversees the strategic execution of store visual merchandising, creating compelling displays and presentations that reflect brand identity, engage customers, and drive sales performance. This role works closely with the store team to ensure overall store presentation is elevated, tailored to the store’s unique needs, and standards are rigorously maintained. This is an exempt position, with monthly bonus eligibility. What you will do: Demonstrate a high level of ownership , accountability , and initiative in achieving store objectives and driving the accomplishment of key metrics . Direct and support team with strategic installations and floor setups for special events , seasonal campaigns, and weekly storewide promotional events to enhance customer shopping experience. Lead team in timely execution of daily visual maintenance, adjustment of accent lighting, and layering in additional visual elements to optimize presentations in high-impact areas. Coordinate organization and storage of visual collateral, signage, mannequins, hardware, tools, and other visual elements to promote efficiency.
