Position Overview: As a Manufacturing Engineer III at our Fullerton, CA location, you'll be part of our engineering team working as an onsite employe. This role develops, evaluates and enhances manufacturing methods for aerospace machined components, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, fabrication processes, lean principles, assembly methods and quality control standards.''' Key Responsibilities: ' Support manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. ' Assist with creating and maintaining work instructions, routers, and standard operating procedures. ' Support process changes, validations and shop-floor improvements. ' Participating in NPI, FAI, and Continuous Improvement Projects. ' Collects and analyzes basic manufacturing data (cycle time, scrap rate, yield). ' Reviews and implements manufacturing drawing and engineering change notices. ' Support Cost-Reduction and Efficiency initiatives. Participates in PFMEA, Process: Capability, and RCCA studies Basic: Qualifications ' Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (OR equivalent hands-on relevant experience will also be considered).
