JOB SUMMARY: The E3 Coach serves as the point of contact for w orkforce youth program customers and employers. This individual provides career counseling and job search assistance to meet youth customers’ needs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Develops a career plan and sets realistic goals through active case management for youth customers with focus on self-esteem, communication skills, problem solving, teamwork, crisis management, time management, interviewing, and office etiquette. - Directs youth customers to available resources in the Career Center and the community. - Develops, coordinates, and facilitates Youth Leadership Training opportunities. - Develops community partnerships, builds relationships, and performs outreach and recruitment through community involvement and mentoring opportunities. - Performs other related duties as assigned.
