Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 12 years of experience in the semiconductor industry within silicon design enablement, IP licensing, or EDA commercial management. - Experience managing multi-year commercial agreements with EDA (e.g., Synopsys, Cadence) or IP vendors. - Experience defining Scopes of Work (SoW) and managing feature delivery timelines in collaboration with hardware engineering teams.
