Manager, eCommerce Business Operations

Job description

As part of the Digital Merchandising Business Operations team, work across several lines of business to be the merchandising general manager for Kroger eCommerce across several retail divisions/geographies. Interact across the entire eCommerce portfolio with a focus on continuous optimization of existing business lines, the largest of which are grocery pickup and delivery. Be the voice of the customer, understanding their pain points and then work across the organization to improve them. Shape and direct the priorities and project flow of the eCommerce business teams to meet the changing needs of customer value proposition across key markets.
