Job Description Summary The IT Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Business Development Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end IT workstreams across M&A and business development initiatives, including due diligence, financial planning, scoping, integration, and execution to ensure successful deal closure. This role establishes standardized IT M&A strategies and engagement models while driving execution in close collaboration with key stakeholders across GE Vernova Gas Power Business Development (BD), Digital Technology (DT) HQ teams (including M&A, Cyber, and CTO), and Power DT CIO organizations. The position requires strong technology, process, and domain expertise to lead multiple interdependent initiatives within large-scale programs, value streams, or regions.
