Meet & Greeter (Freelance) – Lisboa GuestReady is a leading short-term rental and hospitality management company, operating in the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, and the UAE. Since our founding in 2016, we’ve aimed to revolutionize the short-term rental industry through innovative technology and a commitment to exceptional hospitality. We are looking for a freelance Meet & Greeter to welcome guests at our properties in Lisbon and assist our Operations team with various on-the-ground tasks. What You’ll Do: 🚪 Greet and check in guests at our properties 🔑 Handle key pickups and drop-offs ✅ Conduct property quality checks 🤝 Coordinate with service providers 📦 Deliver items as needed What We’re Looking For: 🌐 Fluency in English and Portuguese 😃 Friendly and presentable, ideally with customer service or hospitality experience 🚗 Willingness to travel to various locations in Lisbon (own transport required; car/motorbike is a plus) 🔍 Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality 🛠️ Able to explain appliance and heating usage 💻 Comfortable using tools like Slack and internal systems (training provided) 🔧 Able to troubleshoot minor issues with appliances, heating, and hot water ⏰ Flexible work...
