Employment Type: Hourly Shift: Third: Work Arrangement: Onsite: Position Summary: Keep all production and receiving areas clean by cleaning and sanitizing processing equipment, and maintaining the areas in accordance with approved quality and sanitiation procedures. To maintain equipment and comply with food safety regulations to provide safe quality product to our customers. Responsible for following all Food Safety policies, procedures, and regulatory criterion including current SQF code, Good Manufacturing Practices, and the FSMA and associated Preventative Controls. Major Duties and Responsibilities: - Follows the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) including all tasks, record keeping within the established frequencies. - Ensure that chemical concentration of solutions, temperatures of solution, and flow rates are documented per the established frequency. Ensure that the proper chemical is dispensed in the correct amount for specific cleaning tasks.
