Principal HRBP - Global Operations

Job description

An exciting opportunity to take part in a modern transformation of our Global Operations functions. We are moving to a highly dynamic, agile, and digitalized organization that is well on the way to being world class. In this role, you will report to the Vice President of HR for Global Operations, and you will support functional Vice Presidents for Procurement, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering Excellence. The role will also support the Senior Director of SIOP/Logistics and the Senior Director of Facilities, Environmental, Safety, and Health. The HRBP is responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise by providing a wide range of HR support and advice.
