The Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as a business partner by supporting hourly recruitment and hiring efforts for our stores Paint Stores Group (PSG) Division for the Midwestern Division. This position will execute hourly recruitment strategy to meet business and hiring needs, provide full life cycle recruitment and sourcing support to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. This role is not remote or hybrid. The selected candidate will report to one of our district offices located in Burnsville, MN, Papillion, NE, or Casper, WY. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage a high-volume requisition load, primarily consisting of repeatable and fully templated, non-exempt, individual contributor positions. 1.
