Maintenance Lead (FT) - Crystal Mountain Hotel

Job description

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Overseeing the condition and appearance of our guest rooms, cabooses, cabins, restaurant, bar and other facilities. - Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpet/floor cleaning, plumbing, caulking etc. - Scheduling and overseeing preventative maintenance in all guest rooms and public areas - Overseeing and reporting on major repair needs, including working with an asset manager to strategize an approach to major issues. - Performing minor adjustments on HVAC systems, room furniture, fixtures and other items in the hotel and restaurant. - Establishing safety protocols and emergency weather response on site and making sure the team is aware of any active safety concerns and/or red-tagged equipment. - Taking care of our guests and helping answer their questions. Be familiar with property amenities, local recommendations and fun things to do in the area. - Performing other duties or special projects as assigned.
