Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job description

This position supports management’s efforts in the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures and programs that will assure well-managed, well-maintained buildings, placing maximum emphasis on positive responses to the concerns and needs of the employees and tenants, environmental health and safety, and quality programs in coordination and conjunction with the owner’s goals and objectives. Primary Duties: - Routine interior and exterior maintenance at all Bell Bank owned and leased locations. - Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment and buildings. - Complete a wide variety of general handyman tasks such as door & lock repairs, lightbulb replacements, minor plumbing repairs, and paint touch-ups. - Coordinate work with contractors, vendors, facilities team members and employees on seasonal contracts, repairs and capital projects. - Monitor seasonal vendors to include lawn care, landscaping, snow remodel, etc. - Manage and create preventative maintenance schedules by location. - Thoroughly and accurately maintain documents relating to work orders, preventative maintenance and department procedures. - Assist with deliveries, distributions, shipping and receiving. -...
