Job description
Provide guidance and support to postgraduate students throughout their final research projects (dissertations) in Business, Management and related disciplines, ensuring alignment with academic standards and programme requirements. Mentor postgraduate students in developing research proposals, selecting appropriate methodologies, and enhancing scholarly writing skills. Monitor the progress of research projects, offering constructive feedback and support to help students overcome challenges. Advise students on ethical considerations and research regulations relevant to their work. Spearhead the development and implementation of research strategies aligned with BSBI’s goals, focusing on all disciplines of the School. Identify and foster interdisciplinary research opportunities across different Faculties. Supervise and coordinate research initiatives at various faculties, ensuring alignment with the Institute’s vision. Manage research projects, including international collaborations such as Erasmus+, to enhance BSBI’s global research presence.
