How You Will Make Contributions That Matter: You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have The Following Experience, Skills, and Qualifications - Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance and services with outside contractors that will troubleshoot and repair ammonia refrigeration system. Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, water heating system, and boiler/condenser water chemical system. - Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and/or annual facility and building inspections along with assigned work orders. Assist with refrigeration system inspections. - Assist with maintaining refrigeration logs and records documenting time, material and parts. - Responsible for housekeeping of all assigned areas; including ammonia refrigeration engine room, maintenance shop area, and chemicals/parts storage area. - Timely work order execution based on assigned priority. - Opera...
