Description Job Summary: The Assistant Supervisor Will Effectively Lead, Coordinate, and direct all tasks associated with running food manufacturing production line(s). Work is to be consistent with established standards by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate employees. Responsibilities of the Position: - Verify all raw materials at production line(s) for accuracy and condition. Ensure materials and packaging Includes the verification of quantity, locator tickets and lot codes. Accuracy of information is critical. - Perform and document material inventory at the production line. - Perform head count and document all employees at the production line. - Request materials for following shift, materials need to be requested a minimum of 2 hours in advance - Must attend daily shift DDS/Handover meetings to communicate relevant information with the incoming shift personnel. - Notify shift Supervisor immediately when any issues are identified with Safety, Materials, Equipment or People - Maintains cleanliness of lines at all times - Ensure employee safety at line, any unsafe conditions need to be reported to the Production Supervisor or Maintenance Manager -...
