Title: Engineering Team Lead Job Location: 1 Seneca Street, Buffalo, NY 14203 Job Description: Create API design and architectural workflows to fit complex business use cases. Oversee and deliver Digital Business Experience related features. Spearhead design integrations TSYS, FIS, Ignite, Hogan and SHAW. Participate in and lead technical and business refinements. Collaborate with leadership and product owner to align on product and technical roadmap. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure feature delivery deadlines are met. Understand stakeholder requirements, and translate them to technical requirements. Oversee stakeholder testing to promote bug free changes to higher environments. Perform consumer onboarding and determine SLAs via load and UAT testing. Participate and contribute in Digital Business Experience architecture meetings. Familiarity with ServiceNow for Incident Management and RFC creation. Review RFCs and participate in bi-weekly CAB meetings. Familiarity with eGRC and app code maintenance.
