Job description

Position Description: Greet guests as they enter, seat guests in a reasonable time and order, engage with guests to ensure they have a good experience, taking to-go orders and answering phones. Requirements: - Greeting guests as they enter and putting them on a waiting list as necessary. - Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions. - Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas. - Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so servers receive a similar and fair number of customers. - Engaging with guests to ensure they’re happy with their dining experience. - Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them. - Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions. - Learning the menu and what each meal includes. - Helping out with other positions if needed. - Providing great customer service. - Bussing tables to keep the flow of service running smoothly. - Other duties as assigned. - High school diploma or GED - Ability to learn and use point-of-sale systems with basic computer skills. - Attention to cleanliness and safety. - Patience and customer-oriented approach - Responsible and trustworthy. - Flexible avai...
